Neighbors of BHVG strives to take an apolitical stance and recognizes there is diversity of thought, ideas and opinions our community.

No, we’re neighbors, being neighbors, sharing ideas and resources with our neighbors, doing stuff together in our neighborhood, and keeping it that simple. 🙂
Neighbors of BHVG is not affiliated, administrated, or endorsed by the HOA entity (Baldwin Hills Village Gardens Homes Association, Inc.) est. 1946, HOA Board, or the HOA's Property Management Co. and have no involvement with enforcing HOA bylaws, restrictions, or compliance requirements.
We encourage property owners to familiarize themselves with the Davis Stirling Act. Davis Stirling provides legal safeguards for property owners and legal requirements for the business operations and procedures of HOAs and their Boards.
HOA business and matters should be communicated directly with the HOA, Neighbors of BHVG will not forward or share any inquiries received in error.
